I searched this recipe for extra lavashes at home and wanted to share with you. Every time we take steak tartar a la turca with lavash, unfortunately, they are often binned. While I was trying to evaluate the materials in the house, I couldn’t tolerate binning these lavashes.
Let’s come to the recipe.
-4 pieces of lavash
-1/2 tea cup of olive oil
-1 teaspoon mint
-1 teaspoon thyme
-1/2 teaspoon red chili peppers
-1 teaspoon of red ground pepper
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon garlic powder (or garlic salt)
-1.5 teaspoons of salt
Cut the lavash to be triangular.
Mix all spices and olive oil in a bowl. Put the lavash in and blend.
Place the lavash on the oiled paper in such a way that does not overlap the baking tray.
Bake for 5-6 minutes in a 200 degree pre-heated oven.
NOTE: You can consume with yogurt or tomato sauce.
